Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your Raycon products in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
